Galaxy Gates (abbreviated GG) are portals to maps not normally available to you. Once you have "built"a Galaxy Gate, and enter it, you will have to defend yourself against waves of different aliens. If you can defeat all of the aliens you will earn fabulous rewards and the coveted gold rings / crown that you see other pilots have attached to their rank.
